Our Health is Our Heritage – Why Filipino American Wellbeing Statistics Stay Unfulfilled

The School Health Statistics of pacific County comprises Filipino American pupils, but to me personally this statistic is faulty

Rather than choosing the numbers, we should know their own history in the States and the population of Filipino Americans.

For at least 30 decades, Naomie Kinney has been advocating for Filipino American wellness. She authored”Filipino-americans: Background and Instruction”. She chose to step back in to the classroom after Naomie retired by teaching.

We have to really be grateful that Naomie has been a voice of reason behind filipino-americans who usually do not understand why our kids suffer so significantly from the wellness challenges they deal with. She’s dedicated her entire life to educating children regarding Filipino American heritage and also our gifts.

This publication was written by Orson who serves as the chancellor to get PCHS.

Dr. Orson, together side different teachers, group members, and community leaders developeda curriculum and launched a new book referred to as Developmental training Susan. Deborah Creagan which highlights the philosophical differences involving Filipinos along with other minority groups wrote this book. It is really just a publication that is very well researched and can be employed by educators.

Thomas M. Powell has been a professor of educational studies for over ten years. He writes a blog called Who I Am. This blog focuses on how Filipino Americans has contributed to the United States.
